In a newly constructed 17,000 sq. ft. building, young minds are being stimulated and nurtured in the brightly decorated and well-appointed classrooms of Peace Lutheran Early Learning Center.
We are a licensed childcare facility with the mission to provide a nurturing and safe environment for the development of children and a support to their families. The Center offers childcare for infants, 6 weeks old through Pre-K and is a state licensed Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten provider (VPK). With 11 classrooms, the facility will accommodate over 165 children at capacity.
Our center participates in the Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) that is used by the Early Learning Coalition to improve and communicate the level of quality in early childhood programs.
We are pleased to announce that our center has received a 5 star rating!
The Early Learning Coalition evaluates early childhood programs based on the following six categories:
- Health and Safety
- Professional Development and Staff Qualifications
- Learning Environment and Classroom Interactions
- Screening, Assesment and Curriculum
- Family and Community Relationships
- Professional Responsibility
